Thank you for your feedback, and first of all we are very sorry for the frustration caused regarding the reimbursement of the €400 diagnostics contribution.

This reimbursement is part of our post-sale offer and is processed in the same way as a supplier invoice through our accounts department, which unfortunately can sometimes create delays. We sincerely apologise if the timescale has been unclear or miscommunicated at any point, and we will certainly raise this internally so that the process can be explained more clearly going forward.

Of course, that does not help your immediate frustration, so please accept our apologies once again.

We are however very pleased to hear your positive comments about Teodorina and the service she provided throughout your sale. We hope that, in hindsight, you will feel more positively about your overall experience with us.
